AlignMNH is a global initiative founded in 2020 to accelerate progress in improving maternal and newborn health (MNH) and preventing stillbirths around the globe.

The Accelerating Measurable Progress and Leveraging Investments for Postpartum Hemorrhage Impact (AMPLI-PPHI) (pronounced “amplify”) project works with countries to accelerate short- and long-term action to prevent and treat PPH, focusing on three key areas: generating evidence and project learning, creating an enabling environment, and improving the market for the adoption of key lifesaving tools.

MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership, funded by the United States Government, is a global mechanism that saves lives and improves access to quality, integrated health services by distributing life-saving commodities, medicines, and vaccines, and providing critical health care services for pregnant mothers and children under five. The project provides safe childbirth for mothers and babies, vaccinates children, treats deadly illnesses and malnutrition, and controls disease outbreaks.

The Reaching Impact Saturation and Epidemic Control (RISE) program is saving lives and improving health by controlling the HIV pandemic and strengthening global health security to limit the spread of deadly disease outbreaks.

Scaling the Optimal Use of Multiple ACTs to Prevent Antimalarial Drug Resistance (STOP-AMDR), a Unitaid funded project implemented by Jhpiego was launched in June 2025 to help reduce malaria morbidity and mortality by minimizing the threat and impact of antimalarial drug resistance in Africa through ACT diversification and demonstration of how to implement MFTs.
